What I Ate

  • Breakfast: Shreddies in 1%; mango; glass of tea
  • Morning: 2 glasses of tea; apple
  • Lunch: 2 kielbasa, tomato and smoked gouda sandwiches with mayo and mustard; apple
  • Dinner: curried duck, insanely hot prawns, bread, coleslaw, plantains, coconut mac and cheese; Dragon Stout
  • After Dinner: cocktail; Saison du Tracteur
  • Dessert: ice cream and apple pastry

What I Did for Exercise

  • Completed a 30 minute YouTube video on the exercise bike
  • Walked to Ossington, walked down the stairs at Ossington, jogged up the stairs at Sherbourne
  • Walked down the stairs at Sherbourne, walked up the stairs at Ossington, walked home
  • Walked to Clinton and College and back

What I Did with My Life

  • Did work for a client
  • Went to work for a client
