What I Ate

  • Breakfast: Cheerios in 1% milk; glass of tea
  • Morning: 2 glasses of tea; apple
  • Lunch: 2 salami, tomato and cheddar sandwiches on rye with mayo and mustard; orange
  • Dinner: half a sausage, cabbage, potatoes; OJ
  • Dessert: brownie, little bit of ice cream; OJ

What I Did for Exercise

  • Completed a 30 minute YouTube video on your exercise bike
  • Walked to Ossington, walked down the stairs at Ossington, jogged up the stairs at Sherbourne
  • Walked down the stairs at Sherbourne, jogged up the stairs at Ossington, walked home from Ossington

What I Did with My Life

  • Joined some forums
