What I Ate

  • Breakfast: smoothie; tea; cereal with milk
  • Morning: mars bar
  • Lunch: 2 salami, tomato and cheese sandwiches on multigrain; apple
  • Afternoon: apple
  • Dinner: chicken noodle salad; OJ with club soda
  • Dessert: ice cream

What I Did for Exercise

  • Completed part (3/8ths by sprints, 50% by minutes) of a 30 minute video on the exercise bike
  • Lifted weights
  • Walked to Ossington, walked down the stairs at Ossington, jogged up the stairs at Sherbourne
  • Walked down the stairs at Sherbourne, jogged up the stairs at Ossington, walked home

What I Did with My Life

  • Continued writing my travel diary
  • Went to work with a client
  • Had a meeting with a client
